AlertDriving announced the release of its Compliance, Safety & Accountability (CSA) training program. Created specifically for commercial and medium-duty vocational truck drivers, this new seven module training package has been designed to reduce the risk of drivers committing violations under CSA regulations.

Compliance, Safety, Accountability (CSA) is a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMSCA) initiative to improve road safety and ultimately reduce crashes, injuries and fatalities. Drivers are assessed under seven Behavior Analysis & Safety Improvement Categories (BASICs), focusing on driving behaviors that lead to crashes such as fatigued driving and driving under the influence.

Each training module has been strategically designed to address one of the BASICs. Using AlertDriving's web-based training format, the CSA Training Program allows for companies to deploy a consistent training regime to their entire fleet, as well as dispense violation-specific training modules immediately upon discovery of an infraction.

"With the new FMCSA initiative well underway, companies have a duty to make their drivers aware of their roles and increased responsibilities under CSA. AlertDriving's training program will not only reduce the risk of drivers committing CSA violations and help them maintain a satisfactory scorecard, but will also reduce personal injury claims, generate significant costs saving and lower your company's overall liability exposure," according to Rob Martin - Vice President, Sales.

AlertDriving's CSA training program is available fully customized for both Commercial and Medium-Duty Vocational truck drivers. For a free demonstration, contact us toll-free at (877) 867-6642, or via email at info@alertdriving.com.
